Welcome to Toppers Cos Academy. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for admission and enrollment at our institute. By registering your child or yourself in any of our coaching programs (CBSE, ICSE, JEE, NEET, CUET, etc.), you hereby accept these terms in full. Do not continue with the enrollment if you do not agree with all the policies stated on this page.
1. Admission Policy
- First-Come, First-Serve: Admissions to all batches are strictly granted on a first-come, first-serve basis subject to seat availability.
- Seat Confirmation: A student's seat is considered confirmed only after the successful payment of the registration amount or the first fee installment.
- Document Verification: Students must provide valid ID proof, previous academic mark sheets, and photographs during the admission process. Admission remains provisional until documents are verified.
2. Fee Payment & Installment Policy
- Non-Transferable: Fees paid for a specific student are strictly non-transferable to any other student, sibling, or friend under any circumstances.
- Timely Installments: If opted for the installment plan, post-dated cheques (PDCs) or auto-debit mandates must be submitted at the time of admission. Installments must be cleared on or before the due date.
- Late Payment Penalty: A late fee penalty will be levied for payments made after the designated due date. Failure to clear dues may lead to temporary suspension from classes.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Strictly Non-Refundable: Once admission is confirmed and the fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No Post-Commencement Refund: After the course or batch has officially started, no requests for a refund or fee adjustment will be entertained, even if the student leaves the course midway.
- Parents are advised to take a careful decision and utilize our "Free Demo Class" facility before finalizing the admission.
4. Attendance & Code of Conduct
- Minimum Attendance: Students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance to be eligible for doubt sessions and special test series. Regular absence without prior notice will be escalated to parents.
- Strict Discipline: Any form of misconduct, bullying, property damage, or misbehavior with faculty/staff will not be tolerated. The institute reserves the right to rusticate the student without any fee refund.
5. Study Material & Intellectual Property
- Institute Property: All modules, notes, test papers, and DPPs provided to the student are the exclusive intellectual property of Toppers Cos Academy.
- No Sharing Allowed: Copying, scanning, digital reproduction, or sharing of study materials with non-enrolled students or other institutes is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.
6. Academic Result Disclaimer
- Guidance vs. Guarantee: Toppers Cos Academy guarantees the highest quality of teaching, mentorship, and study resources. However, we do not provide a legal guarantee for specific marks, percentage, or rank in any examination.
- Student's Effort: The final academic result is highly dependent on the student's personal hard work, self-study hours, examination temperament, and execution.
7. Schedule Changes
The academy reserves the complete right to alter batch timings, merge batches, or change faculty members during the academic session if deemed necessary for the betterment of the curriculum or administrative reasons.
8. Liability Clause
The institute will take reasonable safety measures within the premises. However, Toppers Cos Academy will not be held responsible for any loss/theft of personal belongings, external accidents, or technical internet issues during hybrid classes.
